FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Booking and payment

Our parties require a non refundable deposit, and full payment must be made 7 days prior to your event date. We reserve the right to cancel events that have not been paid on time. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to reschedule your party to another available date with 4 weeks notice.

parental presence

We request that only the parents of the host family (party girl or boy) should remain at the venue. We ask that parents of guests return 15min prior to the party end for pick up. We are convenient located on Burwood road and your guests will have a plethora of cafes and dining choices nearby. Alternatively, our level 2 “parents retreat” is also available for booking at a cost with or without a catering package. *Conditions apply, and subject to availability.

decorations & Birthday cake

Our venues are beautifully decorated, however if you require additional decorations we are able to provide a quote based on your preferred theme and requirements. We are also more than happy to arrange a birthday cake with our preferred suppliers to your specifications.

Customisation & Additional services

We are expert party planners and want to make this the most magical experience for your special someone. Please discuss with our customer service teams with any customisation requirements. Additional services & customisation may include additional crafts, magic show, face painting and professional party photography (additional costs apply) at your request.
